Biography

1996年早稲田大学大学院理工学研究科博士後期課程単位取得退学．1997年博士（工学）（早稲田大学）取得．1992年早稲田大学情報科学研究教育センター助手，1997年東京工業大学大学院情報理工学研究科数理・計算科学専攻助手，1999年同大大学院総合理工学研究科知能システム科学専攻講師，2003年同研究科物理情報システム専攻助教授，2007年国立情報学研究所特任教授，2015年同教授，現在に至る．

SINET and Data/AI Exploitation: Towards Strategic Data Exploitation

Description

The Science Information Network (SINET) is an high-bandwidth Japanese academic backbone network. Currently, the plan of "Data Exploitation Platform for Innovative Society", which makes use of SINET and high-performance computing infrastructure, is now put forward. In this seminar, its objective and advanced examples are introduced.
Furthermore, its potential for value co-creation across businesses is discussed.
