Biography

He earned his B.A. in Law, L.L.M., and S.J.D. from Keio University. He is currently Professor of Law (2014-) and a Deputy Director of the Keio University Global Research Institute . He has written extensively on Japanese Constitutional Law and Information Privacy in Japan. He has been working for several government committees, including the Conference toward AI Network Society, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, Japan.

企業の現場ではＡＩ活用によって効率化が進み、人手不足などの課題が解決に向かう一方で、透明性や説明性など人間中心のＡＩ活用が議論されるようになってきた。ＡＩを開発するベンダーだけでなく利用する企業にも「人間中心」が求められるようになっている。本パネルでは「ＡＩと憲法」の著者の慶應大学　山本龍彦教授、ＡＩ活用のリーディングカンパニーであるアサヒプロマネジメント株式会社の川内氏をお招きし社会に受容されるAIについて議論していく。
